Our Process

Contact Us

Step One

The first step in this very exciting process is to head to our website and fill out the contact form with all of your contact and event details! We want to hear all about your event/ special occasion.

Calendar

Step Two

Your enquiry comes through to our inbox, and with a lot of excitement we look at our booths availability to make sure it works in with your selected date. We then get back to you promptly confirming availability, and send you a quote to accept!

Contract

Step Three

Once you accept the quote an invoice will be sent straight through. In order to secure vour event date we require a deposit. Once the deposit has been paid the date is all yours!

Design

Step Four

Closer to your event date we will make contact to start the design process. We start by sending you all of our template options so you can choose a layout that perfectly compliments your event. Once confirmed we then work with you, to design a photo template / tap to start screen concept that you love!

Gallery

Step Five

You then sign off your favourite template and tap to start screen design, we load it in our system along with your event details! (we also create your own custom live gallery, this gallery is live forever).

Event Time

Step Six

Just like that.... It's event time! One of our team members will be there to set up, run and pack down the booth (along with an enthusiastic and encouraging attitude to ensure everyone has an amazing experience, and above all lots of FUN!)
